1. MERCHANDISING:
Our merchandising department consists of a highly qualified team of merchandisers whose prime aim is to provide full satisfaction to our customer starting from the fabric procurement stage to shipment and reporting the status of the order to the buyers regularly.
The services our merchandising team provide to our clients are:- ⇒ Systematic follow-up on each stage of production and execution of order on time.

2. SAMPLING:
We have a wide range of fabric samples available to our customers. Thanks to our in-house sampling department equipped with state-of-the-art fabric development technology. We have amassed over ten years of experience in sample development and this enables us to efficiently meet each customer’s specific needs.
We encourage our potential buyers to ask us for samples in order for them to guarantee that the end result at their order is 100% satisfactory. We can provide potential customer with samples from our own collection, or we can produce a prototype product designed and chosen by the customer themselves.

3. TIME, SHIPPING & ACTION PLAN:

Shipping Co-ordination
Urojahaj Limited commercial Department is fully conversant with shipping, trade finance and documentation procedures. They will follow up as per each client\’s requirements and dispatch documents in time for smooth flow of export and import formalities. Shipping documents are checked as per customer instruction and the copy documents such as B/L, AWB, invoice, packing list, Original GSP, Certificate of origin, export certificate from all the suppliers are sent to the customer well in advance of the shipment to avoid any discrepancy.
Order Status Reporting:
Order status & shipment report based on the multi – state inspections are transmitted to the buyers by fax or email. Urojahaj Limited provides Extensive Online Order Tracking facilities where our customers can quickly check the status of their orders, daily QC, time & action plan and shipping info.

PRODUCTION QUALITY FLOW UP:
Sewing defects – Like open seams, wrong stitching techniques used, same color garment, but usage of different color threads on the garment, miss out of stitches in between, creasing of the garment, incorrect thread tension and raw edges are some sewing defects that could occur so should be taken care of.
Color effects – Color defects that could happen are – difference of the color of final produced garment to the sample shown, accessories used are of wrong color combination and mismatching of dye amongst the pieces.
Sizing defects – Wrong shade of sizes, difference in measurement of a garment part from other, for example – sleeves of ‘XL’ size but body of ‘L’ size. Such defects do not come about has to be seen too.
Garment defects – During manufacturing process defects could happen like – defective zippers, irregular hemming, loose buttons, raw edges, improper button holes, uneven parts, inappropriate trimming, and difference in fabric colors.
